As one door closed, another is set to open. 

Dogfish Head Brewing & Eats opened its doors in 1995 and called out "last call" on May 7, 2017.  Just 12 days later, on May 19th, the new, $4 million Dogfish Head Brewpub will be opening its doors to the public. 

Here's a look back and how the o.g. brewpub played a role in our love of craft beer.
